Meera Lester, an internationally published author, has written dozens of self-help, spirituality, and wellness books. Many have been translated into other languages, including Portuguese, French, Arabic, and Malaysian. Her newest book is The Self-Care Planner (Adams Media, Simon & Schuster) and targets people who do too much, often neglecting self-care. On her Henny Penny Farmette, east of the San Francisco Bay, she grows heirloom fruits and vegetables and keeps chickens and bees. She is also the author of a mystery series that includes A Beeline to Murder, The Murder of a Queen Bee, and A Hive of Homicides (Kensington Publishing). Brad Schreiber has written for all media and was VP of Storytech Literary Consulting, founded by Christopher Vogler.
